hh The German authorities in the Protectorate have different objects for the purpose of housing children from the Ruhr, Hamburg, Bremen, etc., which have been removed from the territory of the Ruhr. Apart from the spa houses /in Luhatschowitz, Teplitz a.d.B./, which are uninhabited in the current winter time, they are also numerous buildings, which constantly serve healing purposes, social youth care, school and other public purposes. For many such objects there is no substitute, so that the branch of public interest affected by such an order becomes a state of emergency from which there is not a way out. Both I and my government have full understanding for a suitable accommodation of the German children during their temporary stay in the Protectorate. However, I would like to ask that at least those objects which cannot be withdrawn from their previous use should be excluded from the above-mentioned housing regulations without the result being an irreplaceable disadvantage for the public interests. Instead, the government proposes other suitable objects. The exception mentioned would concern the following objects: St. S.4 d 29 z
