It is not possible,E.sn, that the primator's representative tries to repeatedly reduce the supervisory right of the Oberlandrat, which is not personally meant, in the interest of the matter, but this is necessary, because it would be wrong to allow bad or inconsistent cultural policy in Prague. I must therefore see no supreme task de- rin, whatever happens in the cultural field, whether it is the party to monitor it from the city or other German services and to ensure that the cultural performance corresponds to the size and interests of the empire.
