The Reichsführer has just instructed me to instruct you, in two questions of the Protectorate, to reach a decision on these two questions with Stutterheim at Minister Lammers. The first question is the decision of Lammer by the Führer whether we can give the still war-useable ones from the district heads in the Protectorates. In the request it is justified that only 15 Germans remain with the 67 district heads. This would be impossible for the German leadership in the Protectorate. We cannot create a replacement for this, because the district heads all work since the beginning of the Protectorates and only they know the conditions in the protectorate.
