Reference: Decrees of 8.3.1940 - S IV D 2 a - 382/40 - and 3.9.19 40 - SIV D 2a - 3382/40 - . In the near future workers from the Soviet-Russian regions of the former Poland will be employed in the Reichsgebiet - with the exception of the integrated eastern regions - in the largest number of persons. These persons are just like the foreign-volk civilian workers from 'the General Government and the integrated east regions after the in my circulars of 8.3. and 3.9.1940 - S IV D 2a 382/40 and 3382/40 - guidelines to be considered. As far as these workers are Polish people, they must be marked in accordance with the police regulation of 8.3.l94o (RGBl I, p. 555). The newly brought in industrial workers are generally used closed. As far as agricultural workers are concerned, however, as in the past, individual operations will have to be carried out as a matter of priority. The employment offices immediately inform the state police authorities, which have to pay special attention to these workers. The local police authorities and gendarmerie departments have to teach the newly deployed workers from the above-mentioned areas particularly strongly about their duties and to put them under strict control.
