50a - 2 - 10) Of all civil servants, employees or workers of the public service who are intended for use in the integrated eastern regions or in the general government, whether they are secondment or transfer, it is not necessary to require in any case a declaration that they are not related or related to former members of the former Polish State who have not acquired German nationality. 2.) Officials, employees or workers of the public service who are unable to make this declaration may not be used in the eastern areas or in the general government. This does not apply to civil servants, employees of the public service who are related to or consorted with guardians of the German Reich, who are included in Divisions 3 and 4 of the Deutscher Volksliste (cf. § 7 of the Ordinance on the German People's List and the German State angularity in the integrated eastern regions from 4 March 1941 - RGBl. I p.118). 3.) The declaration referred to in paragraph 1 of this decree shall also be made by all civil servants, employees and workers of the public service who have already been registered or transferred to the annexed eastern territories or to the General Government in the past. Officials, employees or workers who are unable to make this declaration shall be removed immediately from the annexed eastern territories or the general government. If it appears from individual departments that the number of persons to be returned would be so numerous that the proper performance of the duties is at risk, the replacement shall be phased out after induction of corresponding replacements, 3 75751
