Copy. Prague, July 11, 1940. g4 To the Fuhrer, Oborsalzberg Berghof. My Mihrer ! In the beginning of today's telephone report, I would like to say the following: In February 1940, in Budapest, through the Hungarian defence organs of the members of the Frotektorat, Bondy, who in particular in the Protectorate exercised an indeterminate cacheichtentity in favour of the Czech emigration and the Allied intelligence service against the Reich, Bine of the 80 persons established in the protectorate stood there, by Dr Klapka, whom he had informed about his tenacity to Yugoslavia, Romania and Hungary and its contractors, to have received about 4,700,- RM in order to promote his illegal work. Now I ordered arrest. Dr. Klapka admitted in a partial statement to have given RM 5.00o, - from means he allegedly has at his free disposal, for this purpose. For this, Klapka auo was able to be judged by this Kreie intra-political influence, e.g. - in the context of the great Czech "giderstands Movement" - prestigious feasts of illegally active Czech personalities. Heil meine Pührer ! gez. K.H. Frank.
