12/ he danced with the market women, for example on the occasion of an Annenfest in the market hall, but the individual efforts remained, which could not improve his previous reputation. Klapkas is divided; some condemn his ways of doing things and are bitter that he has used his position as a primator to such pursuits, and further conclude that he would have had to resign long ago; as a private man he can do what he wants, but as a primer he has to be aware of his duty to his office and to the Czech people, who no longer want to have anything to do with these things. The case of Klapka, according to the Czechs, should be publicly rolled up and negotiated in order not to allow it to grow up from the outset, as if it had been wrong, because this is not the way to deal with his Volg-conscious Czech. S They also say that Klapko was arrested not alone, but together with about 30 magistrates. The rumour that Dr. Klapka would have been arrested only for the purpose of occupying the post with a German has been removed from all ground by Dr. Rihaš nit, who has already been informed today, from the official business of the main city of Prague; the order was received with satisfaction by the Czechs. gez.
