Anlg.: - The meeting, which the head of the RuS-Hauptamtes-i, group leader Hofmann, had asked the Reichsgesundheitsführer, should have the purpose of establishing a clear distinction between the responsibilities of the official doctors and that of the RUS leaders in the area of Bohemia-Mähren. It should be noted that up to now, according to the joint circular decree of 3.4.41, the official doctors had attached a finding of signs of stroke of non-species-related blood to the examination sheet. This finding was contradicted in repeated cases by the expert judgement of the RuS leader, apart from the fact that this scale is inadequate in relation to the demand for re-engagement. The Reichsführer-4 had decided clearly in an interview with i-group leader Hofmann that the doctors should deal solely with the questions of health and the RuS leaders only with the race. At the opening of the meeting Reichsgesundheitsfänger 4-group leader Conti turned to the two representatives of Prague to hear their opinion. The subsequent debate revealed both the opinion of the Y group leader Conti and of μ group leader Hofmann that the doctors should continue to fill out the health examination sheet, while the RuS leaders had to determine the racial examination and the question of re-engagement.
