After it was clarified with the commissioner for the consumer cooperatives SS-Standar- tenführer Senator L a u e, that the Jewish food - wholesale enterprises for his plans should not be made available, but can be handed over to technically suitable applicants even during the war, Otzelberger was granted the permission to inspect and examine the balance sheets of Anton Kratochvil, food wholesaler, Prague. After visiting Kratochvil, Otzelberger explained that he would also be interested in the Jewish company Bretisch, Distillery, Prague, and would submit an application. He was informed that the responsibility for the company Bretisch had meanwhile passed to the president of the state in Bohemia - Reichsauftragteverwaltung - in Prague and that two applications from Kriegsver - geehrten / Klenner and Patzner / had been submitted. Otzelberger now wants to pursue his application for the Bretsch distillery.
