According to the files, the handover took place on 23 November 19942, the examination was completed at the beginning of February and its result was delivered to the President of the State on 1 March 19943.Since then, more than 3 months have elapsed.On various reminders and requests for completion, I received no reply.The Minister Dr.Bertsch, who was personally well-known and intervened at my request, apologised to the State President/Referent Dr.Gampe/therewith, he did not yet have the test result in his hands.This statement, as I have stated, is incorrect.
