51 ·Prague, 23 July 1943. III/6-P. To the Lord Reich Protector in Bohemia and Moravia Office of the Lord Secretary of State in P r a Subject: Complaint of Albert Benz,Prague. Reference: Decree of 19.7.1943. -St.S. A- 18 k/42. On the above complaint I state: Paragraph l of the appeal is correct. The case was repeatedly sent to the Reichsprotector and the State Police of Prague for inspection because of the proceedings against Benz and the complaints he had submitted. Thus, even after the examination report had been received on 17 March 19943, the audit report received from my department was sent to Mr Reichsprotektor. At the beginning of June, Dr. Winkler asked me remotely, but Benz did not receive the bill.I objected to the fact that the audit report was probably not yet available, since in my department all the things that I had to say were not available. The process with the examination report in it was then just at the secret state police, state police headquarters in Prague (Sachbearbeiter Brenner).Shortly after that, Mr. Oberregierungsrat Dr.Winkler called me again and made me aware that the examination Report must have already been received about in the middle of Mäbz. telephonically back from the secret state police, established the misconception, corrected it and asked Benz to call in to give him information. In addition, I shared Benz on 7.6. In 1943 I also wrote the main result of the audit report and recommended that he obtain the foreign exchange permit required to pay the balance of his son living in America.
