The Prague of the supply of coal, electrical energy and fuels to the protectorate economy can also be treated and solved only in Prague. It is no different with the resolution of labour problems and the solution of wage policy problems. Last but not least, it is also necessary to decide on the conversion of the civilian to war production and on the war-related closure of enterprises with their political-psyhological effects in the Protectorate itself.
