In the annex I present the list of those men who were born 19lo and later and whose UK position cannot be easily reached. As I have already explained orally, it is impossible to carry out the tasks of the ground office when these men are recruited. The work of the land office is - as I am increasingly solid, - partly completely proceeding and it will take a lot of effort to reorientate them in the required porm. In doing so, the German employees cannot be dispensed with. A total of 293 German employees are now available to the Bodenamt. Of these, 97 have been assigned to the forced administrative apparatus and 35 for the special order of the O.K.H. - procurement of the troop training stations -. Currently 32 employees have moved in to the military power. There is the possibility to exchange several of the employees listed in the list against employees currently recruited at the Wehrmacht. I therefore ask the Wermacht authorised representative to confirm the urgency of our work and to ask him to -2- St.S.29-205/4
