Sh Prague, Feb. 12, 194o. 1. Note. Betr: Recruitment of an auxiliary in the office of the Army State Secretary for Simple Registration Works. Since April 1939, the following works have been carried out by the undersigned alone: 1.) Opening and inspection of all entrances. 2.) keeping a diary on inputs and outputs (since 15.XII.1939) 3.) keeping an appointment calendar for re-submissions. 4.) checking and dispatching all outputs. 5.) All registration tasks such as a) setting up a file-file scheme, b) labelling of folders and folders, c) distribution of processes, e.g. their award, d) folders of operations. 6.) Inspection of all newspapers and magazines and identification of the important posts for the Secretary of State. /7.) Newspaper clippings. 8.) Creation and supervision of a picture archive. 9.) Liaison guide to SD and security police. 1o.) Activity as adjutant in representation of Oberleut- nant Rötting and at S-internal events. In the multitude of these tasks and in the case of files, which has increased particularly recently strikingly ( 1o39 entrances from 15.XII.1939 - 12.II. 194o), it is now no longer possible for me to cope with these tasks alone.
