"0stmark", 4-No. 3l9 740, sit 6.4.1938 54-applicant, born on 25.l.lg2l to Gummem County Villach, single, kath. , conducted investigations have revealed the following: Oberheinrich had taken over the guard in the former Czech Juridical Faculty, Prague I, Pariserstrasse, with other comrades on 1.2.40 at l3.oo o'clock. At about 11 p.m. with the 4-man Gerhard L u d d w i g , 3./4.4/-T.Sta. "O.", whom he had asked to come, he left the guard unwarranted. He went around this time with the aforementioned 4-man to the "Jako doma" Prague I., Linhartska, where the two visited the company of several light girls present there. Here they drank black coffee and some glass of wine. O. withdrew with a girl around 11.30 in a compartment, while his comrade Ludwig remained at the table with another girl. Around 24.00 o'clock 0. and L. returned to the faculty. When they entered the faculty, they were entered here on 2.2.40., a few minutes after O0.00., by the 4-Obersturmführer F i s c h e r Günter, staff 4.4-T.Sta. "O.". Since Oberheinrich was smelled after alcohol and unprescriptively clothed, O. Stuf ordered. Fisher immediately brought the two to his room, where he spoke to Oberheinrich about his behaviour, drew attention to the illegal and criminal nature of his behaviour and made him understand that he would report on the case. Oberheinrich is said to have explained: "If I were not a soldier, I would ask you to refrain from this report." So this incident was done for the time being and Oberheineinrich again took up his post as a guard, with whose practice he had another comrade and two four men during his absence.
