The Reichsprotektor b in Bohemia and Moravia Prague, 9 February 1940. The representative of the Federal Foreign Office Mr. 1465/ D Po1.6. Eo is asked to indicate this trade mark and the subject matter in further letters. Originally sent back with 1 attachment laπ Mr. State Secretary F r a n k Czerninpalais. The "Russian National and Social Movement" has its headquarters in Berlin W. 50, Bambergerstr. 11, in the home of her founder and director Baron A. Meller- .a.d Sakomelsky, who appears under the name A. Melsky. The Bn716 RNS-Association has adapted its program to the statutes of the NSDAP, has a combination of the swastika with a modernized zarian double eagle to the coat of arms, is less dynastic-monarchist than Russian-national and anti-Jewish and differs by its friendly attitude to the German Reich from most other large-Russian-national organizations, especially those that have their seat in France. For this reason, no obstacles are placed in the way of the Association of Officials, but it also has to abstain from all hostile rallies against the UaSsR and to limit its events to the narrowest circles. German official offices are not represented at these events. The RNS-Vereinigung in Prague is a local group of the Berlin headquarters. As far as I can overlook it, the behaviour of the local RNS association does not give rise to any complaints. I informed Mr Wolfram von Wolmar accordingly. M.Jt 9/M
