The following instructions are added to the telex of 29.6. and 10.7.1940: l. The camp of Junak and Sokol are to be offered in all cases. It does not matter whether the purpose of the camp is indicated as recovery or a financial support by the district youth welfare commissions under the Ministry of Secial and Health Administration. Junak and Sokol cannot be considered charitable or charitable. Social youth associations are valid, but must be approached as Czech chauvinist military sports organizations. 2.
