The activity of the Kreditorenverein, as I now take from the documents, is in no way to burden the work of the central office for Jewish emigration or influence its decisions. The proposal of the Kreditorenverein basically runs out of protection for German creditors, who are supposed to satisfy themselves through the creditor association from the demands of the Jews to German and foreign debtors. This presupposes that on the one hand the Jews assign their claims and, on the other hand, the German creditors register their claims with the Kreditorenverein in such a timely manner that each individual Jew can determine and coordinate his or her assets and obligations. If the activity of the creditor association is to stop the work of the central authority, then the activity, since it is not of a public nature, can be interrupted by the fact that after a specified period the Jews are granted permission to emigrate. I ask the matter to be re-examined from this point of view. Furthermore, a decision on the Gau Sudetenland would not be sufficient, since the remaining three pipelines would have to be informed accordingly.
