A plan must be drawn up immediately together with Division III, specifying which school buildings, in which places, for hospital purposes or for purposes of the KLV can be set free. This plan shall be submitted to him for approval. 3.) In the Reichsarbeitsdienst, it must be determined which schools and camps are currently not or insufficiently documented and whether these can be given freely. 4.) The accommodation of the 3,000 Reichsdeutsche family members must take place in German families of the Protectorate. The accommodation is usefully obtained by the party.
