It should also be noted that the regulations maintain the principle that peoples are entrusted in their religious activities only by persons belonging to their own peoples. To sum up, this new measure by the Reich Ministry for the Occupied Eastern Territories has laid another essential foundation for the future development in the East. The new agricultural order and the craft order ensure the free development of the personality in the most important areas of economic activity for the East, with the restoration of private economic forms instead of compulsory collectivist organizations.
