Betr.: Statement of the Czech Minister of Education and People's Culture Dr. Jan K a p r a s. Vorg.: Here - B-SA 24/1 of 4.11.1941. The call of the Minister of School Kapras triggered a depressed mood and great excitement, especially in Czech teachers' circles. In part, the teachership felt responsible for the actions of the pupils, in part it was oppressed by its own livelihoods. The Czech teachership attributed the current situation in the Czech school system not least to Kapras himself, who should have had a long-standing appeal to the pupils to prevent serious riots. Especially in the OLB Olmütz there is a hostile mood against the Minister of Education; also from teachers' voices St. S.2B- 80141
