English Translation
29 Gentlemen of directors, students and students! I have called you in this quite extraordinary way, after all the things that are concerned, it is so extraordinary national importance - that it cannot be delayed. Therefore, I want to tell you directly in the face of it and clarify it in its entirety and in all its consequences. I feel obliged to do so to you, for as Minister of Education I am primarily responsible for the fate of Czech education. In the last few weeks, there have been more and more appearances in your ranks, as has been found by both school and police authorities, which, under normal conditions and in a unique way, could perhaps simply be labeled as street pieces, but if they were to continue, they could become a great non-security for the Czech nation and its culture. Remember that in several districts of Bohemia and Moravia was declared the Reich Protector of martial law. The reason was, as was reported by the newspaper, that several hotheads and many people seduced by foreign agitation prepared resistance to- those of the Empire and disrupted sabotage the successful work of the Protectorate for the Rempire. They were joined by another group of people who harmed the people's viva with tricky and chain trade. No state or Miru can take a liking for similar actions, the less so then the Great German Reich, who is fighting today for his great struggle for Europe's new social, economic and political order. In this match, the Reichs cannot suffer any activity that would disturb her in any way in the back of the fighting army. The negotiations were because, whether they were committed by the Czechs or by the Jewū, they - under martial law punished by the death shot or hanged. 1F800
