English Translation

U1 -4 - Not the kingdom asks you to reflect on the events of world history that we are experiencing, and to direct your actions and actions towards a new Europe, as the healthy youth of all the nations of this continent does, but we, the responsible representatives of the Czech people, are calling on you for the last time and with all seriousness: do not put the existence of Czech schools, even the very existence of our people at risk! When you come home, make it clear to your comrades that it is high time. Whoever remains unteachable, who still believes that he has to follow the fled Beneğ-Clique and her Jewish comrades, should be aware that he will be destroyed by the rich. It is also the duty of the teachers, students and students who, after this day, remain inaccessible to my and your admonitions, to remove them from your ranks mercilessly for the benefit of our people and to hand them over to the just punishment. I strongly urge you to protect your schools themselves against those who endanger their existence in this way. And now I expect you all, professors, students, to help us to ward off the danger of our Czech schools. Remember that Bohemia and Moravia were organically integrated as protectorates into the Great German Empire on 15 March l939, that through the mouth of our President we promised this kingdom allegiance and that we must absolutely and fully observe this fidelity. I therefore expect from you, professors, students and pupils, a purposeful Ezkighgtf on the idea of the Reich and on the unconditional fidelity to the Reich as the basis of a social, economic and state reorganization of Europe.
