The instruction takes place if possible so that the children are not too far away from their parents. For the accommodation of upper and main pupils a larger youth residence for boys and girls is provided. The required number of school rooms must be provided in the schools of the place so that the young people of the local schools (also Czechs) take afternoon lessons. In the KLV camps and youth residences, I attach particular importance to the fact that the lessons take place in the morning for reasons of camp education. 2.) Accommodation in already occupied KLV camps: In almost all KLV warehouses, especially in the upper school camps, there are free places available, so that without great difficulty the German young people in this room can be accommodated additionally. Depending on the need, additional local teachers of the Protectorate can be assigned to the fed KLV depots. Young people who have been evacuated with their parents or a part of their parents must be admitted as guest students to a KLV school. The young people live with their parent. 3.) Accommodation in newly established KLV camps: Existing KLV warehouses must be vacated and relocated if necessary to accommodate German young people in this room and to set up their own schools. The schools are to be relocated closed. The school is to be moved in the sequence of Brno, Pilsen, Mahrisch-Ostrava, Prague. The date of the transfer will be announced by me via my agent for the extended transfer of children's land.The young people will be recorded by the schools, which will send a call to the parents, which is sent to the schools by my commissioner for the expanded transfer of child'sland. The registration forms completed by the parents are returned to the schools. If the school is already set up, − 3
