23 - 7 - D) Through the formation of youth departments in A) to C) the appropriate influence can be taken on the education of Czech youth. In this case, the focus must be on the occupation and the education. From it it can be done by pointing out the great professional possibilities of capable people in the Europe led by Germany already a step further towards political relaxation. Examples are available in the European Employment Office. By special emphasis of the sport lying to the Czech youth it can also be packed internally. This development can be particularly encouraged by apprenticeship homes managed under German influence. In youth education, all the finessens that modern technology offers must be exploited. Thus, in many respects, the political education we want can be carried out unfailingly. The number of young people who could be covered would be quite considerable and the impact could not be felt; youth education should be channelled through youth training at the liaison centres, which should be regrouped separately. The creation of a separate Czech youth organisation must be rejected at this stage, as it is of too great a political and ethnic significance. It is already so strongly German-speaking in its organization that special effects are no longer necessary and probably also inappropriate if the previous tendency is not to be disturbed.
