(d) The local celebrations must be concluded before ll o'clock or begin after 1 4 o' clock. e) The survivors of the fallen of the present war shall be preferred to the local celebrations. (f) Community reception of the transfer of a special commemorative act of the armed forces shall be provided between 1 and 2 p.m.; the date of transmission shall be announced by the radio. (g) According to the local service regulations No. 375_d) only soldiery commemorations shall be held. Any celebrations with religious consecration may only be performed in the same way as military service in accordance with No. 375 f) spatially and temporally separated from the Soldat celebrations. 3.) The High Commands of the Army and the Navy and the Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander-in-Chief of the Airarm are asked to order that the troops provide for a simple, dignified decoration of the graves of comrades who have fallen in the world war and since September l939 and that the Reichskriegsflagge is raised on the honour cemeteries of the Wehrmacht on the Hero Memorial Day. This honour is particularly significant because it was denied to the German authorities until this war to censure the Reichskricgsflagge in foreign countries on scinen honorary cemeteries. Special assistance can not be provided by the Oberkommando der Wchr- macht. Dic German civil administration is to be asked for assistance. In occupied territories without German administrative posts, the local administrative bodies of the country in question shall be involved in the administrative functions of the Land concerned.
