On the basis of the Second Execution Decree of 29 April 1935 (RGBl.I, p.586), the members of the National Socialist German Workers' Party are obliged to report all changes in their respective political service, including temporary changes in housing and people's rights. The report of the change of residence or status must be made in writing to the relevant local group or the relevant base within a period of 3 days. The membership card or the membership book must be attached to each report. To comply with this provision, all officials, employees and workers of the Reich, of the countries, members of the party are also obliged. In the event of failure to comply with this notification requirement, it is absolutely essential for reasons of ethnic origin to obtain the consent of the party members residing in Bohemia and Moravia. I therefore hope that all members of the public authorities in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren, who are party members, will comply with the reporting requirements of the NSDAP with the utmost care.
