The Head of Division VIII Prague, March 16, 1945. Inist Herrn 1 6. MRZ. 1945 SS-Obergruppenführer Minister of State K.H. Fr a n k Your order St.M. IV K/33/45 of 14.3.1945 Betr.: Rüumung der Bahnhof Brünn - Wesseli By eviction trains from Hungary, Slovakia, the General Government and Upper Silesia as well as by operating disruptions in neighbouring Reichsbahn Directorates due to air damage, the number of freight wagons on the network of the Bohemian-Mährische Bahnen rose from normal 60 o0o to 75 78o on 5 March. Because of this overfilling of the network - as in the rest of the Reich - a track was used on unimportant two-track lines for the parking of wagons. Thus also on the line Brno - Wesseli for l 5oo carriages. Some 7 3oo cars had become immovable due to the enemy occupation of the destinations or traffic barriers for the receiving areas in the rest of the Reich, therefore had to be rehabilitated for new recipients and targets. To this end, a number of special commissions were appointed, whose work is finished these days. The wagons, which are equipped with new freight letters and targets, are constantly being checked both across the protectorate borders and at BMB stations. This has enabled the number of wagons to be dropped from 7 3oo to about 3 3oo up to the present day. The number of freight wagons on the protectorates rails has been reduced by removal from the protectories since 5.3. To this day, by ll O0o pieces, the number of wagons parked on line Brinn - Wesse- li is reduced to half. From there, 3 trains with a total of 15o wagons are left daily, so that the track will be completely free in 5 days. Special difficulties have caused 85 million Hungarian evictions in this backlog, which the German-Hungarian German Commission did not want to retransmit to Wesseli, St.M.πK-33 a/45
