1.) The Inspector General of the Administration is directly under the authority of the State Secretary (Section 1 of the Ordinance on the structure of the Authority of the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia, 18.9.1940, RProt. VBl. S.425). 2.) The general inspector of the administration shall be involved in all basic orders relating to the organization of the rich - Reichsbeauftrags- und autonome Verwaltung, as well as in measures relating to general staffing and remuneration of protective staff. 3.) The Inspector General of the Administration shall be informed in sufficient time of all draft laws and regulations, in particular if they involve the taking over of new administrative tasks or the transfer of responsibilities, in such a way that he can give his opinion on this from the point of view of the administrative expediency of the drafts. 4.) The general inspector of the administration is to be heard at the filling of posts of departmental and group leaders - as well as of the Oberlandrats - inspectors of the Reich Protector. V5.) The General Inspector of the Administration shall carry out audits concerning the handling of the internal service, the expeditiousness of the service, compliance with regulations and decrees, the cooperation of the departments of the State among themselves and the economic balance of the work between the rich's own, imperial mandate and autonomous administration. 6.) The performance of these tasks is carried out in the form of guided and non-announced visits, participation in ministerial meetings, submission of applications, and by unitary orientation of the activities of the Oberlandrats - inspectors of the Reichsprotektor - . 7.) The Oberlandrats - Inspectors of the Reich Protector - have to support the Inspector General in his work and send him a copy of all reports and suggestions from their inspection work. ./.
