IV K - 15/45g Betr.: Route security in Moravia. Maintaining railway traffic on the routes running through Moravia is of decisive importance. The enemy tries by all means to disturb this traffic sustainably. This requires a sharper summary and monitoring of the forces used for road safety as well as the ongoing examination of whether previously unguarded routes are to be included in the road safety. I am therefore in agreement with the competent authorities: 1.) I appoint -Obersturmbannführer L ön h o 1 d t to the "Inspector of the Higher and Police Chief for the road safety in Moravia" (inspector S.S.M.) with the seat in Olmütz. 2.) The inspector S. S. M. is under direct responsibility to me. 3.) The Inspector S. s. m. tactically and operationally, all forces of the army, the armed forces used in Moravia to secure the route, the arms-b, the police, the security police, German People's Tower, the autonomous police and the railway protection of the Bohemian-Mährische Bahnen are subject. He is entitled to demand the replacement of unsuitable forces of road safety and to immediately address defects of any other kind. Insofar as forces of the army are in question, he is in contact with the section commander Moravian (540th division) in Brno. The inspector S.S.M. also controls the use of the line commanders established by the Bohemian-Mährische Bahnen. 4.) The Commander of the Arms-ił Böhmen-Mehren places the required personnel forces for the inspector S.S.M. ./.
