In the case of nurseries, vocational training, such as nursery school education, has been carried out for several years and has been subject to a qualification examination. Its task is to supervise the nursery school pupils aged between 3 and 6 in the country in which children are not taught by the teachers. This is the case in the mornings from 7 a.m. to 8 a. m., noon from 12 a.M. to 2 p.m and afternoons from 4 p. m . to 6 p. M. Although the same level of technical training is required, its activity is much more important than that of teachers, and it is not possible to qualify as fulltime teachers.Their employment and grade is the responsibility of the general public, while those who work 28 weeks and are not qualified as full-time employees must be taken into account that their costs are not commensurate and that the level of training is not only based on actual hours of study. In the case of children's crèches: 100 doctors and nurses are employed; women are required to take a two-year course for the training of female nurses. In the course of 48 hours a week, children aged 1 1/2 to 3 years are to be treated. In the case of young children from 6 weeks to 1 1/2 year olds in the same period of time, they must be employed and paid by the community.
