118~1 - 40. The Office for the Protection of the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection is responsible for the development of the urban health system. In the case of urban areas, the need for health care at voluntary establishments has been taken over in Prague. In general, the care of mothers, the provision of care for children who are at risk, etc., is provided by the municipal authorities. Whereas it is necessary to take into account, in accordance with the model of the old town's health management system, the voluntary establishment should be restricted to the economic management of the city; whereas, in the case of the whole town, it is appropriate to take account of the needs of the urban community; The plan shall be drawn up for the possibility of receiving the expenditure in question, in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 28.2.1942 of the Act of Accession of the Member States of the European Communities.
