46a 202 XVI. The RKP forms. A. Reference to the completion of the forms. The forms RKp. 13 and 14 used by the local police authorities and the gendarmerie shall be continuously numbered after completion, while a numbering is not provided for in the other forms. If necessary, all forms must be accompanied by supplementary declarations or corrections (Ex. IIa (9)). They must contain a reference to the number and date of the initial declaration. For the completion of the forms for declarations or supplementary declarations, the greatest care must be taken. 1 to 13 in the preliminary print RKP. 13 and 14 leave much to be desired so far. Therefore, some explanations are given: No. 1: Date and time of action must be indicated, e.g. night from 2 to 3 December 38. If known, the hour must also be given, otherwise the possible time of act, eg after 23.30, but before 5.15 o'clock. No. 2: Place, location and type of buildings etc., for example. H'dorf, Hauptstrasse 25 (Kolonialwarenhandlung). No. 3: First name, surname, occupation, dwelling. No. 4: Information on possible preliminary inspection (balbowers) of the crime scene, e.g. by allegedly checking the electrical installation, fortlocking of the inhabitants by tele- oral call, etc. No 5: Type and possible size of the tools, eg. 20 mm wide chisel; errors on the tools e. g. Information on the whereabouts of secured tools; if necessary, images of them shall be made and re- sent with supplementary notification.
