3 Sheet 25 The leaders of the police organizations employed have the same powers for the duration of the operation as the leaders of corresponding Wehrmacht associations. Other persons and associations are not to be used for the fight against them. 4. If the available forces are not sufficient to combat the opponent, the responsible department of the Wehrmacht must report this immediately to the WBv Abt. Ia (Apparat 1371, 1026, 1027, 1029) and/or officiate from the service (Apparat 1062, 1063, 1064) and, if necessary, request assistance from the neighbouring commanders. The principle must be to destroy the enemy by means of fast-arranged forces in the attack. For weaker forces it will usually be necessary to push the airborne enemy away from its landing place, to split it or at least to prevent it from any further movement. Underlying own forces must be limited to protecting the enemy's target (bridges, war-related installations, armaments, etc.) until reinforcements arrive, in any case, from the enemy 's access. In addition, the fight against airborne or skipped enemy is conducted according to the regulations laid down for this purpose in the training and combat regulations. 5. The commanders of the paratrooper-refugees take precautions that there are always sufficient officers, non-commissioned officers and crews in the barracks in the troops which form defense and search commands, so that even during the duty-free period a movement of the commands is guaranteed at least in force. It must also ensure the establishment of defence and search commandos even in the case of the long absence of individual troops from the site (e.g. on transfer to troop training ground). 6. In the event that hostile airborne actions and internal unrest coincide in time, the commanders of the defence areas have to decide according to the situation, which defensive measures are urgent. 7. Reporting and reporting. It is essential that enemy air landings arrive in the fastest way to the knowledge of the responsible services (W. site elders, commanders of the defense areas and WBv) and also to report perceptions to the own superior department. Details of reports see paragraph d. 8. Treatment of prisoners. In each case of landing or crashing of enemy aircraft or parachute landings of enemy crews or troops, the defence station in Prague (Ruf WBv or 768 41, Hausanschluss 1174/75) or the defence branch in Brno (Ruf Wehrmacht-Vermittlung Brünn or 150 81-86, Haussanschlust 233, after service officer from duty) is on the fastest (15. 11. 42)
