61a 21020 XVIII. The reorganization of the female criminal police. The organization of the Female Criminal Police was put on a new basis by the decree of 24. 11. 1937 (RMBliV. p. 1828, Newsletter A p. 22). I. Organisation. (1) At the Criminal Police Headquarters, the Criminal police posts and, if there is a need, at the criminal departments of the state. Pol.-Verwaltungen sind Sonderdienststelle „Weibl. Krimi- nalpolizei" under the direction of white criminal officers. The department „Weibl. Kriminalpolice" is under the direct responsibility of the head of the Reich Criminal Police Authority (cf. RdErl. v. 16. 7. 1937, RMBliV. S.1152, Newsletter A p.7). (2) A unit „Weigl. Criminalpolizeis" is to be established at the Reichskriminalpol.-Amt. II. (3) The "Weibl. Kriminalpolizei" fulfils only criminal police duties as a member of the state police police. It is the link between the police and the institutions of the care, but does not carry out any care work. On request it can also work for the Goh. Staatspol. and the Ordnungspol. (4) The "Wibl. (a) participation in the investigation of criminal offences; (b) the detection of children at risk of crime and sexual harassment and of minors in the context of the general prevention of the activities of the criminal police; (c) the initiation of the educational or caring care of persons in need of assistance within the working area;
