He Prague, 7 January 1942. 11942 Mr. v. Wolfran. I hereby send three members of the Order of the Secretary of State. First, the missing swords are to be placed on the one member of the Second Class Military Cross. Then the Secretary of State asks you to add the ribbon for the Grand Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit on the braces, and it must be clarified whether this decoration has to be placed behind or before the Italian decoration and what additional emblems - as with the Italian decorations - are to be applied. The Italian decoration is the Grand Cross of the Order of the Italian Crown.
