The Hungarian Consul has proposed to publish the following note: "High Hungarian Award for State Secretary SS Group leader K. H.Frank. The Hungarian emperor Nikolaus von Horthy has awarded the Hungarian Order of Merit to State Secretary Ss-Group Leader K. H.Frank.
