M - 3 105 have consumed almost all in years of slovakivn welfare life, unless beyond that their lost must be qualified as negligent or irresponsible. - As long as the authority of the empire is not appointed, the settlement of all further questions is of course severely hindered. b) The safeguarding of Slovak economic life, especially the currency and supply. The orderly economic conditions of Slovakia are most severely threatened by the partisan movement, especially it is currency and supplies that are at risk. Professor Dr.Karvas has been formally responsible for both matters as an economic dictator. Prof. Dr. Karvasist was arrested because of the management of the Czechoslovak community. His deputy in the National Bank's Presidium, Prof. Dr. Fundarek, is with the partisans. Thus, the Nationalbank and the Supreme Pension Office are without the strict management, to which the civil servants were completely listening. The risk of inflation is based on the fact that the banknote reserve (allegedly about 2/3 of the bank note reserve previously placed in circulation and the note printing plant in St.Martin) is in the hands of the partisans. Furthermore, the circulation of the money has increased to many times in the last few days, and thus also has a strong inflatidist effect. These dangers, in my opinion, make the immediate appointment of a National Bank President, to whom a correspondingly qualified German consultant is to be put aside urgently necessary. - Due to the central location of the partisan area, large parts of the Agrarian province are cut off by traffic from the Presburg and Waagtal industrial areas, which already leads to serious shortages on the food markets in the industrial areas. If it is not possible to create aid in this area within a short period of time, then unrest in the population and a complete decline in economic performance even in the area spared by the revolutionary movement must be reckoned with. Thus, the appointment of a president of the Supreme Supply Office is one of the urgent solutions to the question ./.
