M 99 good villas, partly out of impotence. It can no longer be interpreted by us today as the government of Nedic in Serbia, which, by the way, has already arrived in Vienna. Therefore, the Slovak government is no longer a negotiating partner. If, of course, their function as a government of an independent touch should be maintained outside, it is not very necessary and therefore no longer just to negotiate with a government committee on things which, in the given and above-mentioned situation, have to be regulated exclusively at the discretion of the empire. Slovakia's reg ulation can only be regarded as an executive body if one does not want to run the risk in this critical situation that it will not happen what the Reich and the near front require. 02325 Moreover, in this situation, a plethora of divergent opinions and intentions emerges from the cumbersome work of the committee of negotiators and of the embassy, of which one or the other may be as good and as bad as it is, but the appearance and execution of such contradictions can only dissipate to the detriment of the Reich and indeed does so. All of these things can only be avoided in the daily situation of change in Slovakia if we shut down the superfluous facilities and concentrate the remaining tasks accordingly. I therefore believe that this situation should also lead to the consequence that things in Slovakia are now similar.
