Copy of the transcript. Curriculum vitae. Dr. Ján H Q 1á k was born on 22 January 1907 in Trenčin. He completed his secondary school studies at the Gymnasium there. He graduated from the Juristi- cal Faculty of the University of Bratislava in 1926-1930. In November 1930, he joined the Council of the City of Bratislava as a conceptual officer and later as a lecturer in the Legal Department. At the same time, he served as an assistant to the Faculty of Law of the University in Bratislava. On 1 November 1939, he entered the services of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic's General Assembly in Bratislava, where he was first chief of the administrative department. From 1 January 1942, he was head of the organisational section. Currently, he holds the position of chief of administrative section of the Department of the General Assembly. He studied abroad at the University of Halle-Saale and the Italo-American Institute in Rome and at the International Law Academy in Hague and the Institut de France in Paris.
