Prague 9.10.1941. V hh Report: The new muzzle was created by me from the private funds of the Secretary of State given to me for administration.The invoice was handed over to the driver Jaksch with a accompanying letter, with the instruction to deliver this letter together with the old muzzle to the veterinarian. The veterinarian was asked to pay the amount of 4th RM to the account of the Secretary of State named to him.
