If the deceased servant was sentenced to transfer to the Gestapo and has taken the detention from the conviction until death for more than 6 months, it is necessary to proceed as if the official had been released from service, i.e. Withheld salary or pension payments are forfeited and death grants and benefits may not be paid to the survivors. These must be referred to the poor care. If the detention period has lasted less than 6 months since the trial, the salary or rest expenses withheld during the detention shall expire and death grants and benefits shall be paid. If the deceased staff member was in custody without a court order and has lasted longer than 6 months until his death, the salary and rest expenses withheld during the entire detention period expire; death grants and benefits can be paid. If detention has lasted for less than 6 months until death, the salary or rest allowance may be paid and the death allowance and supply allowance can be directed to the survivors. the grant of the death grant and the benefits does not exist on the basis of the salary, the corresponding orders shall be made by administrative order.
