If a public servant ceases his duties without authorisation and leaves his place of employment with an unknown aim, the head of the authority or the unmittelable superior shall immediately notify the local competent Oberlandrat. In addition, the autonomous police or gendarmerie organs are to be initiated immediately after the expiration, which are soon to be completed. In the event of actual consistency, a report shall be drawn up by the surveying bodies on the reasons and circumstances involved and shall be accompanied by a detailed and complete questionnaire on the basis of the attached model. If the staff member has been arrested, for example, a report must also be submitted to the Öberland Council in triplicate and without a questionnaire.
