The Secretary of State has decided that the section of the street Lodenitz-Kosolup-Morschin-Karlstein, which is located on Reichsstrasse 14, will be subjected to thorough supervision and above all to dust-free treatment. The Central Office for Jewish Emigration Prague has the Jews necessary for the construction work, along with the party leaders and similar forces at its disposal. The accommodation and catering of the Jews as well as the procurement of the work equipment and the provision of the means of transport, including the building materials, should now be arranged by the responsible Oberlandrat. As far as I know, the Oberlandrat in Kladno is responsible, and the State Secretary has asked you to provide the Upper Landrat with the necessary instructions.
