English Translation

(i.e., in the case of goods which do not meet the conditions laid down in Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71, the competent authority of the Member State in which the goods are to be imported into the territory of a Member State other than that in which they are imported into that State shall, in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 5 of Regulation No 1408/71 of the European Parliament and of the Council, inform the Commission thereof.
