( 3.) Trade union and workers' questions. 08000 trade unions are always led by senior officials, which means that the worker is no longer regarded as a true worker, especially in the Czech Republic. On the other hand, trade unions (such as career guidance, insurance, etc.) are not able to deal with these issues by side, apart from the fact that Cewerkschaft is currently the only instrument of influence. In addition, however, the working class has the need to have a representativeship of the leadership, which are actually workers from the factories and thus true representatives of their interests, how inversely the leadership is interested in having direct contact with the workers and not only through the functionaries of the trade union organizations. This double-tracking gives possibilities for influence, creates valves, and nevertheless prevents the development of the purely "unpolitical", Christian state of Stinde. Pür Böhmen and Moravia are therefore tried out the following: while maintaining their previous duties, the trade unions remain responsible for the out-of-company care of the worker, without requiring any membership, since the members serve in general the maintenance of the trade union, but are also more of a security concern. Vocational guidance, e.g. for trade unions, is also required to provide training for non-members. The works committees (which correspond to the German registers of trust) are formed, according to a key which takes into account all important enterprises and occupations, a works committee delegation, which is to serve as a mouthpiece from the bottom nsch above and from the top nsch below. It has only the right to make direct representations to the Minister of the Virtschaft, to the chairman of the government, the President of the Republic and to the Reichsprotektor. It is, on the other hand, the body which enables immediate appeal by the workers' representative.
