STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 2736, sig. 109-14/39
English Translation
A large part of the peasants and workers have mainly material and nutritional concerns, the petty bourgeoisie has holiday and sommetholiet interests. The cereal harvest in the Protectorate is good and at l9/20. The new prescripts of the Lord Reichsmarschall about the delivery rates of the Protectorate to the Reich, namely: 250,000 t of bread grain, 30,000 t of fodder cereals, 155.00 t of sugar and the continuation of any import of cattle, meat and fats from the Reich ordered by the Lord Imperial Marsschall. From abroad, which results in a meat gap of 12,000 tonnes and a fat gap of 31,000 tonnes, can only be achieved if the rates now in force in the Protectorate are considerably reduced. This, in turn, would contradict the decision taken by the leader in September 1994, according to which, for the maintenance of calm and order and for the maximum performance of the armaments industry working in the Protectorate, the Reichssatz must be applied both to Germanism and to about 2 million workers in Bohemia and Moravia. In view of the planned increase in the ration of bread and meat in the Reich, a reduction in dietary rates would have to be made.
