If this happened, a resolution of the Council of Ministers would be brought about. Krychtalek was appointed by the Ministerial Council v. In view of this development Gregory was given to understand the attitude of the ministers emanating from German press work and had to be described as very encouraging. A telephone question by Minister Ježek to Ministerialrat v.Gregory, whether the wish of Krychtalek was approved by him, was answered positively. Ježek himself pointed out that he was very embarrassed by the delay in the matter. However, Krychtalek had no reply until the 9.d.M., 16.3 o'clock. The ministers were then informed about Kryhtalek that there was no longer any interest in possible statements. In this situation, I decided to send a clear official letter to Prime Minister Eliáš expressing my disquiet about the disloyalty of the ministers and keeping the appropriate measures in mind.Eliáš was delivered at 7.30 p.m. on the same day, i.e. on 9 March. At 7 p.m., Krychtalek had received the first official sign of life of the M letters, which contained the Council's position and stated "in agreement with the members of the Government and with the agreement of the President of the Republic", which was issued after the President and closed on 15 March 1939.
