This policy must, of course, be in harmony with the guidelines given by the Führer, but it must not be approved by the Gaulei and the Reich Ministry of the Interior by the head of the Reich Bormann and I essentially agreed to state secretary Frank. Reichsleiter Bormann, however, stated that the complaints of State Secretary Frank were not so difficult to make, that they had to be carried out and cleaned up primarily by a personal debate by Secretary of State Frank and Gauleiter Jury (and, if necessary, by the other Gaulefers). Mr Bormann, head of the Reich, agreed to go to Prague in the near future and to ask that such a statement be made by the Secretary of State, Frank and Gauleiter, in his presence.
