I. Administrative reform. The 8 German district heads, who were newly appointed in the districts of Prague-Land, Brandeis, Melnik, Jungbunzlau, Kladno, Kolin, Raudnitz and Beneschau, have happily settled very quickly in their districts and have approached their new task with the greatest diligence and with political prudence. As I can see, they have everywhere secured the necessary authority over their predominantly Czech civil servants and are already in close contact with the other German service leaders and the leaders of the party, state, Wehrmacht and the economy. In order to make this contact with German authorities, to give myself an idea of the things and to establish a uniform political line in the l8 outer districts, I have held ministerial meetings in the most important cities of Kolin, Kladno, Jungbunzlau and Berun myself, clarifying and bringing to a decision all pending political questions (occupational questions,
